How to Compress Image to 100KB or 200KB for Government Forms

Indian government job portals (UPSC, SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, RRB NTPC, IBPS, SBI PO, State PSC) require applicant photos and signatures in specific file sizes — usually between 20KB and 200KB. This tool compresses your image to the exact size required without visible quality loss.

How to reduce image size from MB to KB?

Will the compressed image look blurry?

The tool uses the highest possible quality that still meets your KB limit. For normal targets (50–200KB) from typical phone photos, quality loss is minimal and usually not visible to the naked eye.

What if I need to compress to less than 20KB?
